介護人材養成に焦点を当てつつ、29年度介護保険制度の改正に伴う高齢者福祉、障害者福祉、児童福祉等の福祉分野全体の動向を踏まえ、そこで役割を担う介護人材の論点や今後の取り組み等に関する政策動向について講演を頂いた。
